C-11 Purchase Orders for Professional Development for Carnegie Math Initial Product Implementation Workshops.
Issue/Rationale
Teachers need to be given training on newly adopted instructional materials to enable them to use materials effectively. This curriculum represents a shift to a 21st Century Student-Centered Classroom.
Recommended Action
Approve request to issue purchase orders as requested.
Financial Impact
$30,000 for total cost of trainings: $15,000 will be paid through the DoDEA Grant and $15,000 will be paid through categorical instructional materials funds.
